Girl look at that body....I work out!!

Advice needed:

So I'm at an in between with my Crossfit decision. I've been to 4 classes and it is definitely all that it is cracked up to be...HOWEVER, I hit muscle failure before I can get in half of the WOD and don't feel like I'm getting enough out of it because of it. :( I mean I know muscle failure is the goal and how you build new muscle BLAH BLAH BLAH...but I want to be able to walk afterwards. While I am deciding what I want to do, I am hitting up Insanity again to see which way I want to go.

Today was day 2 of Insanity and I forgot how much I loved it. I despise working out in front of anyone [especially a gym full of buff people] but Insanity and that gorgeous Shaun T can bust my butt in the safety of my own home [or at the moment, my own temporary residence at the Tyra abode] and make me sweat just as much as Crossfit.....OH, and it's not $100/ month. So....any thoughts?

And just to prove that I turn the same shade of red/ purple with Insanity as I do with Crossfit here's my post-workout picture just for you!

  2. You are so pretty even after a work out session. And my advice would be to do insanity until you want to hit up crossfit again (cuz you know you will lol) then maybe down the road you will be able to do more of crossfit :)

  3. You should try muscle milk or even the gatorade recovery drink after you workout. It helps me with not feeling as sore the same day and the following day as well so I can keep up the workout. I just tried Zumba tonight at kings field house and loved it. Granted you don't lift weights but you could add done ankle or wrist weights to the routines. I've never tried the insanity workout so I can't put my thoughts on that but I have tried the circuit breaker class at the gym too and its a really good workout. Whatever you decide, just stick with it :) you can do it!!!
