TWO ladies nights in one weekend?? Heck yea! Amber no.1 and I decided that both her and Jessi could use a relaxing night once their kiddos went to bed, so while Jessi was running errands we went to get clay mud masks, beer, and nail polish. The night started out pretty great...Amber no.1's Asian background came through when she proceeded to give Jessi and me "Foot-gasms" with foot soaks, scrubs, and massages!

Next...it was her turn and I seemed to think that I was up for the task. Scrub and rub- check....then it was time for the super awesome Tweezerman foot razor. Let me just tell you...the saying "Beer before liquor" does not just go for liquor....NEVER drink before attempting to give your friend a pedicure [at least the ones that involve sharp objects]. As I was almost done with the first foot I apparently did one too many swipes with the razor, causing Amber no.1 to kick, as I proceeded to fillet her left heel. Oh the blood...cut my finger [although teentie-tiny, it hurt and bled...do you hear my tiny violin??] but more importantly took off about a square inch of her heel. I never realized how much your feet bleed!!! Poor poor Amber...she was a good sport tho!
[after a lot of teeth clenching, labored breathing, and an entire box of bandaids] we moved on to facials and dying my hair!
All in all it was a pretty good night [despite the major buzz kill and gore] and hopefully there are many more girls' nights to come in the near future!! I love these ladies and I love the amazing friends you make in the military community!! This deployment will be easier than I thought with my amazing friends and family there to be my support system and distraction.<3
You & Amber became blood sisters last night...I hope to never become one as well ;) I'm glad we all get to hang out as much as we do, where've you been all my life?!?!
